Private Placement
Offering Finalized
MOBIFORM Software Inc., announced today the completion of its
private placement offering through Mercer Capital, Ltd., its
investment banking firm. This offering, consisting of units of common stock at $1.00
per share and warrants exercisable at $1.50 was oversubscribed with
gross proceeds in excess of $3.25 million being raised. The
proceeds from the offering are being used for software and graphic
controls development, staffing, marketing and the costs associated
with the preparation and filing of a registration statement with the
SEC registering the shares and the shares underlying the warrants in
the offering as well as other shares that Mobiform has agreed to
register. Mobiform intends to file its registration statement by the
end of the 3rd quarter 2007.
